Maxine is an agent developed with Max/MSP designed to do her own thing as an improviser. I seek to make her musical experience a free engagement with other improvisers. While I have dedicated a great deal of time to developing Maxine’s instincts as an improviser, her performances here are without the aid of direct manipulation, I guess you could say she’s ‘improvising.’ Ritwik Banerji from The Dualist Inquiry is the brainchild and solo project of Sahej Bakshi, a producer, guitarist and composer with a love and curiosity for all sounds electronic, melodic, cerebral and plain simple groovy.
