&lt;p&gt;2007&amp;#39;s opening Residency started with a picnic at the Jagatpur village banks - upstream of Wazirabad.... After spending the afternoon enjoying the peace and digging into hot food and tea.... we were later joined by the Mukhia (headman) of the village who gave us a detailed history of the land, the river and the people of the village.&lt;/p&gt;
