INSIDE / OUTSIDE
INSIDE / OUTSIDE is an interactive digital art project founded by artists Karen D Thorton (Canada) and Surajit Sarkar (Delhi). Central to this artwork is the idea of bringing the inside to the outside and/or the outside to the outside. This is achieved through out this work by using fragments of digitally captured life. INSIDE/OUTSIDE draws from video imagery and sound and combines them in ways that bring about unexpected visions into the gallery and the art form.
Karen was supported by the Canada Council for the Arts for her work in India.
