Grant Kester

Grant Kester visited the Khoj studios on the 31st of March. It was a 4 hour discussion that was both extremely inspiring and invigorating.Grant is the Associate Professor of Art History and Coordinator of the Ph.D. Program in Art and Media History at the University of California , San Diego. .He is the author of Art, Activism and Oppositionality: Essays from Afterimage (Duke University Press) and Conversation Pieces: Community and Communication in Modern Art ( University of California Press ). His current book project is The One and the Many: Agency and Identity in Collaborative Art Practice.
